Phase III covers an area of 88000 square meters with overall building area of 95000 square meters, including 78000 square meters workshops area, 16 standard and nonstandard workshops, and 2 dormitory, which could provide services for 3000 employees.
Location: Dalian Development plot 49. It has Intel and Golden Pebble Beach at its east side, DD port and Daxian Group at its south side, Shenyang-Dalian Dayao Bay exit at its west side, 3 km away from Dayaowan port and Dalian Free Trade Zone. Road and port transport is efficient.
Property management:
Property management: responsible for the maintenance of public facilities, greening of the park, cleaning and transportation of household garbage. The park provides 24-hour security service.
Service facilities: There are catering, bath, supermarket, Internet bar, beauty salon, basketball court, volleyball court and other facilities in the park to meet the needs of employees.
