Recently, the Ministry of housing and urban rural development and other 10 departments jointly issued the Interim Measures for the administration of special accounts for migrant workers' wages in the field of engineering construction (hereinafter referred to as the Interim Measures). As a supporting document of the payment regulations, the interim measures will focus on the key industries in arrears of migrant workers' wages and implement the system in specific operation, which will play an important role in eradicating migrant workers' wage arrears in the field of engineering construction.
